MyReputation.com Once I spoke to one of your sales agents, everything was great. However, the wait time to talk to someone was a nightmare !!!! Sometimes 20 minutes. I was patient but the next customer or customers may not be. One of the times, I was able to leave a voice mail for the sales department but that did me no good because no one called me back until the next day and I had already called again and spoken to someone.

MyReputation.com Well I would rate much higher but with out a ship date or tracking # it's hard to give 5 stars. ordering was easy, online quote was great, paying was easy. Waiting 7 to 10 day for shipping info is a long wait .

My mechanic installed it and it runs very well so far, (I just got my car back yesterday). getting in touch with tracking is a bit sketchy but once I was able to get people on the phone they were helpful. The girl I spoke with in sales was professional and made ordering the engine very easy. At this point in this process I would do business with them again. I would have given them 5 stars if their tracking had been easier to get in touch with through their phone tree.

MyReputation.com I have not received my engine yet. I can't comment on that. The website was comfortable to use.i feel i paid a good price for low mileage engine.
