MyReputation.com Great customer service when calling in. The only problem I have so far is it has been 11 days, and my motor still hasn't been shipped. However, I did receive an email telling me that I should receive another email within 2 days. It should plainly state on the website that it could take up to a month to deliver. At least that way, we would have been prepared to wait, or go somewhere else. It better be a great motor after this.

MyReputation.com Not sure how to rate as I ordered engine 4 days ago and it hasn't shipped from them yet. The offer they made me had a statement in it that said "we will consider reasonable offers" for the engine. I made a reasonable offer and it was rejected without a counter offer. Maybe they should remove that "statement" from their Quote offer. Will re-review when motor arrives.

The engine arrived within a week (no charge) and was exactly what we had hoped for. Installed and runs perfectly. We are very pleased and will do more business in the future.

MyReputation.com Not really impressed with your process. While we appreciate the prices, the delivery is a lot to be desired. The communication needs to improve, we have no idea when the part is coming and what to tell our customers as to when the vehicle is done.

This is the 6th day since ordering and all I have received are these review requests.. Could you please let me know the status of my order.. I have already paid you for it. MyReputation.com Finding a replacement motor for my car was easy. Just enter the required info and wait for a response. Shortly I received a quote from EAT. process was very easy and user friendly. Order process just make a phone call and give credit card info along with shipping address. ONLY ISSUE--I WAS NOT ABLE TO GET SHIPPING INFORMATION AFTER ORDERING. I HAVE LEFT SEVERAL MESSAGES WITH NO RESPONSE.MY LOCAL GARAGE ASKS FOR EST SHIPPING SO THEY CAN SCHEDULE THEIR WORK.

MyReputation.com I first looked online to see what engines they had available for my GMC Canyon then I called to make my order. the representative was polite and professional and was able to answer all my question. it took 10 business days to get the engine from date of order, a little longer than I anticipated but the company kempt me informed by email as to the status of my order. engine was all they had advertised. I would recommend to friends.
