I find them slow in communications. I requested quote 2 times no reply. 3rd time they did respond. Now it's been 5 days and still haven't heard anything that the item been shipped. I have bought a motor in past had no problems. This time very slow on communications.

ordered a used 4x4 transmission for a 2000 ford ranger. i was suprised to recieve a transmission that looked rebuilt securely strapped to a pallet w a new torque converter. transmission works great. i highly recommend EAT

I know nothing about car engines. When I call engine and transmission world I spoke with Miss Lisa and she was very helpful and polite. Also she did not mind repeating some of the information to me since I was unfamiliar. When I called back to order the part she allowed me to have my mechanic to be on the telephone and we discussed about the engine and the process, I was grateful for that. I have now received the engine during the said time frame. My mechanic who’s going to install says that is a good looking engine it is very clean and for now he wants to start ordering from there. He requested the information to reach out to you all where he can start ordering his parts. I will add the additional fifth star to this review once the engine is installed but for right now everything looks good and I want to thank you so much.

Order process simple/easy-to-use. Price quoted seemed to be the best received for the estimated mileage. Now just waiting on the delivery to see what the transmission actually looks like. So am only rating and reviewing the ordering process. Hope the remaining process is as good as it was to order. :)
