Too early to review, it has been only a few days since the Order was made which was easy and convenient. So far so good Hoping to receive the tracking soon. Excellent communication and Great customer service.

Engine and Transmission World sent me the best offer and warranty on a used engine. There wasn’t a better deal anywhere else to be found.

You are asking me to review you BEFORE I have even received my product. The people I have dealt with are nice enough, but I will do a second review AFTER I receive the product.

I was happy to find a co with a decent warranty for my engine. However I placed a order on 3rd of month and am yet to receive a tracking number for shipping. Your co says it will arrive in 7 to 14 days . It's already 10 business days and no tracking info.

I was highly impressed with the ease at which they found me a motor for my truck. However, they say 7-14 days and it is nearing 10 and i have no shipping confirmation nor a tracking number. This has me worried since i allready paid and have nothing to show for it. With people spending thousands of dollars, you would think they would want you to feel comfortsble in your purchase. I really hope this ends well.

received my transmission and the driver had to roll it back on the pallet as it was not strapped down. I'm disappointed as the trans itself looked like it was in a fight the pan was scared and dented.

I've ordered several engines from this site in the past, with good results in customer service and delivery time. This last order I placed, I'm still waiting on...

HAVE NOT RECIVED THE MOTOR YET BUT JUST THE PRICE WAS BY FAR THE BEST AND FREE SHIPPING ON TOP OF THAT. I LIKED THAT IT HAS A 5 YEAR 50K MILE WARRENTY. JUST WAITING TO GET IT TO INSTALLED AND GET IT BACK ON THE ROAD.

The ordering process is great however getting the engines here has been a bit of a challenge. The 7 to 14 days as they advertise is a bit of a stretch. But hopefully now the holidays are over maybe this will pick up.

Ordering was simple. Never talked with anyone. The offer was a little slow coming back to me. (2 days later, maybe an internet trouble.) But no problem ordering. My only concern now, will they send an engine that burns a lot of oil?

The web site is easy to use. The information provided to me from them assured me that the engine I was ordering was the correct one. It has not been delivered yet, so the jury is still out on that. Butttt I feel sure it is correct because of the VIN.

This is the second product I have ordered with this company. I have received an engine for a car and that is running perfectly well. The second product is on its way and I believe the quality of this product will be fine as well. The only drawback is the customer service aspect of this company needs to be refined. If someone in the company states they sent you something via email and it does not arrive when they said they sent it, this can be disturbing. Generally speak I have no other disputes with this organization in knowing their Engines and Transmissions are of good quality.
