Q: How long will it take to get my part?
A: Typical shipping time usually takes between 7-14 business days, but could be a little longer due to unusual circumstances (such as weather, volume, etc...)
Q: How does my part arrive?
A: You're part comes strapped to a 3x3 pallet, fully shrink wrapped and drained of all fluids. It arrives to your shipping address via a common carrier, such as Old Dominion or R&L Carriers.
Q: What comes with my Engine?
A: Engines come complete, minus the AC Compressor, Starer, Alternator, and Power Steering Pump. All other parts left on the engines are for convenience purposes only.
Q: Does the Transmission comes with a Torque Converter?
A: Yes it does.
Q: Will my part come from the exact year, make and model that my vehicle is?
A: It may, but OEM auto parts are interchangeable with multiple years, makes and models which means the same part is an exact fit for multiple makes and models as determined by OEM standards. We guarantee the part we sell to fit your vehicle.
Q: Do all quotes include free shipping?
A: Yes they do! If you live in either Alaska or Hawaii there is an additional shipping charge. There is a $75.00 Residential shipping fee if you are having your part shipped to either your home address, or one of the boroughs of New York (Queens, Manhattan, Bronx, Brooklyn, Long Island or Staten Island)
Q: Is there Tax on my order?
A: There is no tax UNLESS you live in the State of Wisconsin. If we are shipping out of State there is no tax.
Q: What payment do you accept?
A: Visa, Mastercard, and Discover card either through our website or over the phone. We also accept personal checks or Bank Certified Checks. Wire Transfers may also be made available.
Q: I've placed my order and faxed my signed invoice form, what do I do next?
A: Nothing. You will be emailed tracking information in approximately 1 week.
Q: After I order, how can I get tracking information?
A: In the upper right hand corner of our website is a link that says "Order Status."
Click there and enter in your email address and invoice number for the most up to date tracking information.
Q: How can I make an offer for a part?

A: We are located in Wisconsin, in the Milwaukee Area. We have been in the automotive industry since 1987. We are one of the largest providers of used engines and transmissions nationwide. As of the end of 2010, we have sold over 400,000 engines and transmissions worldwide.
